They hear the fearful
voices, and lift their strong hands
To cover their ears -
Cap and trade for sure
defusing the inconvenient
truth squads of the day -
We gave our country
To those who enslaved us all
The blame is ours alone -
money buys my vote
now that i'm in time to pay
you voted for me -
save me from my sins
let government be my keeper
freedom stops ringing -
pen: fifty dollars
toilet: five hundred dollars
long jail time: priceless -
Put all the corn crop
In our tanks, not our gullets
like the Depression.
